Who's behind Gosteo
My name is Denis Terze. I spent thirty years in German enterprise IT — working for banks, pharmaceutical companies and law firms. Today I live in Šibenik-Knin County and build Gosteo here, for businesses on the Adriatic.
That means: no call centre, no tickets. I set up, maintain and adjust every assistant personally — and when you call, it's me who picks up.
What everyone asks us
Does the assistant make up answers? I've heard about AI mistakes.
The most important question — and the reason Gosteo is built differently. It may only answer from your content. When it doesn't know something, it says so openly and offers the guest to leave their contact details. Test it yourself: ask the assistant in the bottom-right corner something that isn't on this page.
How much work is it for me?
A twenty-minute conversation at the start. After that: when something changes (prices, hours), just let us know — we update it. That's what the monthly fee is for.
What about GDPR and data protection?
Conversations are not stored in a personally identifiable way. Only if a guest voluntarily leaves their name and e-mail is that data forwarded to you — with consent and a deletion period. You receive the data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and a ready-made text for your privacy policy from us. The assistant is labelled as an AI system, in line with the EU AI Act.
And if I want to cancel?
Cancel monthly, no reasons needed. The widget disappears from your website the next working day and your data is deleted. The risk is on us — that's why the pilot is free.
